By accessing or using the WellNewMe.com website, our mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

WellNewMe provides a health benefits automation platform that includes health risk assessments, personalized wellness plans, mobile health tracking, and access to telemedicine services. The Services are designed to support your health and wellness journey.

3. Not Medical Advice

The content and services provided by WellNewMe are for informational purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or accessed through the WellNewMe Services.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Services.

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of WellNewMe or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WellNewMe makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. In no event shall WellNewMe, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nigeria for the resolution of any disputes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
